I was out of town when the storm hit that took several shingles off my roof. I called Colin, and he was able to help me right away! They sent someone out to look at my roof, tarp it for me, and sent me pictures before I even got back. Brandon worked with my adjuster and helped me through the entire process of dealing with the insurance company, picking out a new shingle, and even answering my questions about better ventilation for my attic. He took it a step further to figure out why my previously purchased solar panels were not meeting my expectations and found a solution. Day of installation, Colin came out and managed every bit of it. He kept me well-informed and sent me pictures as everything progressed. He was even kind enough to get my old shingle off my elderly neighbor's house that blew over there during the storm. I was very impressed with both men and their professionalism. I highly recommend them and this company!
